Minor Surgery DES (London)
This Excel spreadsheet has been produced to help practices find out what Read terms are missing for a successful Minor Surgery claim. It is based on the v2 Minor Surgery rules shown in Clinical audit.
The rule logic alert message works from left to right. Therefore if 2 rules are missing it displays the first missing rule. Although the actual spreadsheet displays all missing data.
Note - This Excel workbook is not the report that is submitted for claiming. That still has to be the results of the Vision 3 searches provided below:
